Lead the sales process in the assigned set of Strategic Accounts by developing retention and growth strategies, planning and implementing activities, developing relationships across hierarchies, positioning Grameenphone as the trusted advisor for ICT services and achieve assigned revenue targets in those accounts using a combination of products and services from the Grameenphone Enterprise product portfolio.

- Develop, plan and execute activities and initiatives to achieve assigned Strategic Accounts specific revenue targets
- Develop Account Strategy, working closely with Business Solution Product and other relevant teams to ensure sustainable growth and GP dominance
- Closely work with Business Solution Product, Solutions, Special Initiatives, Technology and other relevant teams to develop and roll out specific Solutions to ensure Strategic Accounts retention and drive short and long term business.
- Ensure maximum utilization of the partners to drive revenue and ensure customer retention
- Participate in navigation board meeting and represent as a Strategic Account Manager to the board
- Develop, execute account specific “Business Development Plan” to drive and achieve the business targets
- Execute “Deal Shaping” exercise to ensure highest revenue growth opportunity and best account management
- Roll out campaigns and customer activities to educate clients and promote GP products and service
- Provide continuous drive with solid and lucrative communication solution towards the Wallet shared Large Accounts
- Prepare and secure Strategic account specific TM budget from the overall Enterprise TM Budget
- Plan and develop Strategic Account specific campaign, TM and customer engagement activities roadmap to ensure efficient utilization of the TM Budget
- Set KPI for the Service Account Managers
- Monitor the Business Performance of Service Account Managers
- Train and Develop Service Account Managers to achieve the desired business goals.
- Graduate/Masters, preferably in business from a reputed university
- At least 4-6 years’ experience and proven track record in any reputed organization with at least 5 years of experience in Telco Sales with 3 years of experience in Account Management
- Identified Top ranked and High Valued Account handling experience is a must
- Successful track record in consultative selling and relationship management
- Solution centric mindset with understanding on diversified enterprise ICT initiatives
- Diversified valuable business relationship network in Bangladeshi high business society
