Core Responsibilities:

• Formulate, review and demonstrate risk assessment activities and prepare security plan for the Company including all aspects related to elaboration, development, and implementation and updating of the plan.
• Formulate and review guidelines to maintain continuing lines of communication with security focal points and all other related agencies to ensure maximum security coordination.
•  Review, diagnose and develop security plan to serve as a member of the Senior Management Team (when called upon), contributing to implementation and evaluation of security service.
• Lead, coordinate and assess prevailing local security conditions, identifying security trends and advising all company staff on potential security problems.
• Administer and maintain office security by conducting physical security inspections of facilities, issuance of identity cards, access control, monitor CC TV,  where required possible background checks etc.
• Disseminate advice and training to staff on office security measures such as window guards, alarm systems and locks to minimize burglar intrusions.
• Establish, ensure and furnish availability of emergency communications system by making periodic checks to determine if system is functioning properly.
• Investigate security-related incidents involving company staff members that directly or indirectly affect the company’s performance and reputation.
• Conduct security training in security management system, responsibilities of Field Security Coordinators & Supervisors and personal security awareness.

Academic Qualifications:

• A Graduate/Post graduatation degree would be required from any reputed local or foreign university.       

Experience & Skills required:

• Should have 7-8 years of relevant professional experience in any renowned organization
• Should have practical experience in the following areas:
• Very strong interpersonal & leadership skills Pricing knowledge and skills
